- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential customers should know that with staging as with any other product, you get what you pay for. I am continually updating my inventory to add fresh new items. I provide the value added service of photography and virtual tours so you will be ready to hit the ground running!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is that I would visit your home and give you an estimate on what your custom staging project will cost. Once we have determined the price and scope of the work I put together a staging plan that will appeal to the target demographic that will be the most likely to purchase your home. We load our items at our warehouse and deliver and set up. We then scan the house so buyers can take virtual tours online and experience the floor plan.

I am certified by Home Staging Resources and an active member of The Real Estate Staging Association.
