- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. I offer affordable packages based on size and coat type. Add-ons like de-shedding, nail grinding, or flea baths are optional and clearly listed. No surprise fees what you see is what you get. I also sometimes run deals for repeat clients and multi-dog households!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick chat to understand your dog’s needs, personality, and any health concerns. First-time grooms include a meet-and-sniff intro, and then I ease into the grooming with patience and lots of praise. I’ll check in throughout to keep you updated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently enrolled at Animal Behavior College, working toward my certification in dog grooming. I’ve also done hands-on grooming experience, focusing on stress-free techniques, skin safety, and breed-specific grooming.
