What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At GatorFlow Plumbing, we believe in straightforward, honest pricing. We explain the work and pricing before moving forward so there are no surprises. Pricing depends on the scope of the job, materials needed, and the complexity of the repair. Emergency or after-hours service fees may apply. We also offer $50 off for first-time customers on qualifying services. Our goal is to provide quality workmanship at a fair price and give customers options whenever possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer and learning exactly what plumbing issue they are experiencing. From there, we schedule a convenient service time and thoroughly diagnose the problem. Once we identify the cause, we explain what we found, discuss the available repair options, and provide pricing before beginning the work. After approval, we complete the repair professionally, test everything to make sure it is working properly, and clean up the work area before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed plumbing professional with approximately 9 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. My background includes residential service plumbing, commercial plumbing, new construction, renovations, high-rise buildings, restaurants, apartments, water heaters, sewer and drain systems, gas piping, and larger commercial projects. That experience allows me to diagnose problems accurately and provide solutions that are built to last.
