- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not a one stop fits all photographer, I do have a standard investment sheet. However, this is used as a guideline and each package is customized to for the event, clients vision and budget. I provide an online album in which high resolution prints can be downloaded (at no charge), prints can also be purchased and delivered directly to your door. The secure link can be shared with friends and family of your choosing and stays backed up online for 10 years. A DVD can also be purchased for $15.00. All sessions come with a full print release
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with the customer on the phone, I like to meet in person and get to know their personality a little better. What can we do to make their photo session (family setting, engagement, wedding) unique and unlike any other photo session that has been done before? From there we create an unique plan to create the highest quality photos and results available

Continuing my training in Photography and Graphic Design are crucial to providing the best service with the highest quality education a d techniques available.
