James has admirably met our needs on two occasions to date. The first was a real plumbing emergency. James not only responded when none of the "emergency plumbing services" would even return my call, he arrived as quickly as he could and worked into the wee hours of the morning to solve our problem. He not only had to search a great deal to find the source of the problem, he returned the property to better than original condition after sourcing and fixing the problem. Our second need was a non-emergency. We needed two sturdy handrails installed at a home we were moving to. He advised us of the proper equipment to purchase and did a fantastic job of installing both handrails so they were not only sturdy, but beautiful when he was finished. James has a strong work ethic and will not leave a job until it is better than it has to be. His rates are more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any type of residential repair you may need, from the simplest to the more complicated. He is experienced in multiple fields and his work shows it. Highly recommended.

I have a bunch of rental properties. So I have been through a lot of contractors over the years James, the owner is by far most knowledgeable plumber i have ever hired! and the best thing besides the pricing is he does everything. So I don’t have to call a plumber and then call somebody to do my drywall. One call and he does it all start to finish.
