- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, Generally there is no mark up on units or materials. Labor will always vary, however for most basic change outs it usually costs between $2,000 and $3,000
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first interaction after thumbtack is very crucial. We schedule an appointment to meet that best fits our customers schedule. We go over all of the fine details and create a plan that works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in applied science, major in HVAC and a minor in engineering. I always attending various training courses provided by local distributors and supply houses to keep me updated on the latest equipment.
