- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing generally includes travel,, labor, diagnostics of the system, immediate repair of any small components, and any recommendations to help with the longevity of the system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We here at JC’s Hands pride ourselves on our customer service approach to this industry. We would like to talk to our customers so we can establish a sense of integrity and trust. We discuss the service required and ask troubleshooting questions to pinpoint exactly what is needed for any repair or service. We then establish a set price to address the service or maintenance call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Universal EPA certification and training while I served in the US Army from 1996 to 2003. Once I left under an honorable discharge, I stayed with the HVAC industry, developing my skills as a facilities maintenance technician, equipment technician, commercial and residential HVAC maintenance and Service Technician.
