I had a fantastic experience with KC Pacific! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. KC Pacific did a great job of repairing my fence. My fence was about 5 years old, and it started lean over and needed reinforcement. He made great suggestions on what needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and explained everything, broken cost and provided opinions. They arrived on time and were very professional. I recommend this company for your repair needs.

Servelio and his crew repainted our metal roof, installed a door in our garage and totally remodeled a small apartment above our garage which included: new hardwood maple floors and stair treads & painting and repairing all walls and cabinets. The work quality was exceptional, all workers were punctual and left the the work area super clean. Would highly recommend.

Working with Servelio and his crew at KC Pacific was a wonderful experience. We had a front porch with old termite damage that was just covered up by a former owner. So we had to replace the whole thing. The work ran smoothly and on time. Servelio is responsive and always available to talk and does not just disappear after giving you a quote. He is a hands-on GC, that also provides solutions that fit your budget. I highly recommend KC Pacific. They are hardworking and capable craftsmen.

Used KC Pacific Construction for a bathroom repair project from a shower water leak. Entire shower, floor, subfloor needed replacing. Minor drywall and trim repair with all new paint was needed. Servelio was quick to respond and provide competitive estimates. Servelio pulled the permits and work was completed within exactly 7 days. Servelio and his team were very nice and professional. The project turned out great and we are overall satisfied with the work. Our major complaint was that the construction dust was not properly prevented adequately or cleaned up adequately. The initial day construction began things were taped up however some days nothing was taped off. After the project was completed and even during the project this was expressed multiple times that the level of dust was unacceptable. Everything in the bathroom vanity and closet was covered in dust and required us having to clean it. Even the light fixtures in the bathroom had layers of dust on them and the workers just painted around the dust but didn’t clean it. In the future we would hire Servelio and his team again but would 100% require professional cleaning be included and all cutting of materials be done outside.
