I hired KC Pacific to install a privacy Fence. Let me tell you, this team was absolutely wonderful! They started on Thursday and finished the next day. My father who has been in construction for over 40yrs was very impressed..and thats had to do. They were very attentive to what I wanted and needed from the project. Their price is very reasonable. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the work provided. We have some deck work planned and I know exactly who we will call for the job. I would 1000% recommend this company!

This company did a fantastic job on removing a large section of a load bearing wall. It looks like the house was built this way. No visible signs of ceiling or hardwood flooring transition. Very professional work! They quoted us a reasonable amount to do the job and they stuck to the agreed upon amount. No unpleasant surprises at the end. We couldn't be happier with the results! We highly recommend KC Pacific Construction for upgrades and renovations. We'll use them again in our next phase of upgrading our 75 year old home.

Selverio is very professional. We could tell he was passionate about his work & it definitely showed in the end. We hired him & his team to repair some drywall that had water damage. There was also a part of my ceiling that was shifting due to settling (or poor buliding) who knows. He came to look at the damage, a few days later came back with a quote & started within the week. We were very impressed with the quality of the work & he gives a fair price in my opinion. Cannot wait to hire him for our next project(s).
