Golden wood carpentry Specifically the owner of the company Marcio started out to be wonderful. He built a deck around my Jacuzzi and wasn’t even gonna put a door to be able to access underneath the Jacuzzi area. I had to ask him to build the door and it’s so small that a normal size human cannot get through. Also, once you go under the deck there is a 2 x 4 blocking the access to the Jacuzzi. This is a major problem because I cannot get anyone to service it. I have reached out to Marcio so many times the first time he said he was gonna come fix it and then I never heard from him again. He also built a fence around my AC unit again with no door to be able to access the AC unit for repairs. He also said he was gonna come and fix that issue as well and again never heard from him again. I have not been able to get through to his business line to speak with him because it does not work anymore. I am hoping this will go through so that I can get in touch with him. This is beyond the worst service and trying to reach him has been even worse. I am hoping that this will reach Marcio at Goldenwood cabinetry so then I can get these issues resolved right away and if not, I’m hoping some tech will reach out to me in regards to this issue. Someone please help me.
