- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my projects do have a set price, such as faucet, toilet and water heater replacement, while others need an on site quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat as a doctor would a patient. I find out when the problem began, what was happening when it started, what results the customer expects and then explain what the procedure will be and how pleased they will be with the outcome. For less than a hospital stay. 😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Rinnai certified for installation as well as service. I am gas certified with Trax pipe and others. I am a licensed master plumber with over thirty years experience.
