What a nice and knowledgeable guy. He installed a dishwasher and started it on quick cycle while he replaced a line under bathroom sink. He made sure everything worked perfectly and very reasonable charges for 2.5 hr job. I've already given him another job to schedule, a major one. He immediately texted then called when this job came up. Highly recommend Michael.

I highly recommend Michael because he completes plumbing jobs at a fair and reasonable price. He just installed my bathroom sink and both toilets. ( I am a repeat customer.) In addition, he has installed my hot water heater, kitchen sink, dishwasher, and water line for my ice maker. I have been very pleased anytime I have used his plumbing service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my projects do have a set price, such as faucet, toilet and water heater replacement, while others need an on site quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat as a doctor would a patient. I find out when the problem began, what was happening when it started, what results the customer expects and then explain what the procedure will be and how pleased they will be with the outcome. For less than a hospital stay. 😁
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Rinnai certified for installation as well as service. I am gas certified with Trax pipe and others. I am a licensed master plumber with over thirty years experience.
