Very responsive. They called me to let me know they were running late & why. When someone did come he worked hard to troubleshoot why the wires were not working properly. Neither fixture I had came with the correct hardware but they were able to make it work. I was very excited that the chandelier I bought before I moved in was finally up (after 2 years, my fault not theirs). Would use again and highly recommend.

Someone from the company called to confirm an appointment to give an estimate for repairs. They didn’t show up or called to let the customer know that they were running late or to reschedule. When I checked my email that technician posted a comment “running a little behind “ the appropriate thing to do was to called. They had the contact information.
