FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally do fixed pricing for the task at hand, only because it cuts out losing, or getting to much or to little for the job. Would not want to burn myself or my client. Sometimes I will negotiate the best price after seeing what needs to be done and am ALWAYS willing to price match!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to meet with the new client and get to know one another, work out the details of the job in fine print, gain a trust between us and get the job done. Some of my former clients are now, life-long friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have plenty of training in the cleaning business! Before my mom got sick (where my CNA came into play, after 2 yrs of taking care of her, I worked for a Rehab facility in Aiken), with this being said, she had a great business and I worked with her for 4 yrs. I did construction clean-up for a while through Holbrook and Nichol's in NC. I also have plenty of storage units I buy and resell, so that takes care of the packing/unpacking. Most things are thrown around in those things.
