Powered washed soffits and overhang & chimney and bricks of our two story brick home. Cleaned out gutters & washed windows in & out. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Did a great job and left my home spotless. We recommend them 100%!

Kelly was the first to reply to my request to have my eaves and around the windows washed on my house, he got the job done within 1 day after our correspondence, and the house looks fantastic. Even through the rain, he was able to get everything done in a 3-4 hr timeframe for our 2 story house. Kelly is very professional and does a great job. I would recommend him for pressure washing or window cleaning to anyone. Thanks for such a great service!

Mr. Barnes has worked for us and my mother for a couple of years. I would highly recommend his services. My house and windows are beautiful! He comes prepared to work until he's finished. Rarely takes a break (which worries me) and double checks to be sure all is to his satisfaction . We trust him to take excellent care of our house. Hire him, you will not be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices I charge depends on the type of work I'm doing. If it's restoring decks or fences or power washing, the price for labor is generally the same because it is based on the dimensions. If it's window or gutter cleaning, it depends on how the type of window, how high they are, and how many (in number or footage) and of course, how dirty they are (ie - does it involve scrapping off paint or tape residue, etc).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as I receive a qualified lead, I contact the potential customer to set up a time to provide them with an estimate. Once we have agreed on a price and date to start, I am sure to stay in contact with them by phone until I arrive ON TIME.
