My husband passed away recently at the early age of 52. This was his thumbtack page. He owned a family owned and operated roofing business that was in business for 80 years. He was my sole provider now he is gone. I am trying to make ends meet now all alone. I am honest ,reliable ,responsible and very trustworthy. I'm good at cleaning, been doing that all my life. Chris is the owner, 3rd generation, of this family company (since 1937). That resonated with me to begin with because he took the task at hand, a new roof, very personally. He presented the information in an understandable way, helping me find what I needed. He did not try to "sell" me anything. He communicated like a "real person" not a sales robot. His warranty on wormanship is 10 years, far above the 2 years from others which shows me why he didn't need to give a sales pitch. Obviously he is that confident the install will be done right. These are the biggest reasons I give 5 stars & would recommend Cooke and Son. But Chris also was on site to help & his capable team addressed a question I had when he was not available. Plus, Chris personally walked the entire property looking for nails. The clean was so amazing we never would have known he was there except for the new roof. And we have a toddler so that was very important! I would definitely recommend Cooke and Son, hands down.

Chris arrived on time, completed inspection and made necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. He was professional start to finish. As he was about to leave I showed him another area of concern and he went back up without hesitation and made sure everything was good. He even agreed to a followup call once he found some materials I had been trying to find. I will be calling him in a few months when its time to replace the roof!!

I would highly recommend Chris. I am having to do everything remote to my house because I moved out of state. Our home needed to be checked and Chris went out the same day to fix it. He's very professional and very detail oriented when it comes to the roof.
