PLEASE make sure they have refrences and are licensed and DO NOT give them material cost and 1/2 the labor cost up front!!9xs out of 10 they're there to get your money and run

I want them to know that I am as honest and respectable as they come.I want them to know that this profession is a hard one and that the majority of us contractors work hard to maintain a good work history,but there's the few that 'thinks' they know what it's all about and then you (the customer) has to pay again for us to come out and do the job right.Please beware of those fly by night contractors
