I advertise specials from time to time
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss plans over the phone. I then typically use online imagery to view the area, this allows me to see possible issues ahead of time. Next I meet onsite and have the client explain how they want the job to be completed. Lastly I give the client my quote.
