- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential roof replacement and repairs including leaks and structural repairs. We use the best materials available. We do not "sub out" our work! We do not employ immigrant workers! We provide long term warranties to all our customers at no additional cost because we are very confident in our work and your satisfaction! We are always readily available to assist our customers in any way possible. Our staff are friendly and will go out of their way to make you happy. We have a combined 60+ years of experience between our owner and operations supervisor, not to mention the people on our work force.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Buyer beware, the lowest estimated contractors may not be the best contractors. Many contractors use the lowest cost materials in an effort to create higher profit margins, this is good for your bottom line but can come back to haunt you later; usually after their typically short warranty has expired. Additionally, many contractors "sub out" to the cheapest labor they can find or pay their employees as little as possible, again in an effort to improve profit margins. Again, this is good for your bottom line; but adversely affects the quality of the work you receive. The best bet is to question any prospective contractor about their labor practices and the quality of the materials they offer.
