I have been working with businesses and churches for over three decades creating and printing business cards, flyers, banners, etc... As technology grew, my knowledge did as well. More complex work was required. Wedding programs and invitations were added. Later, I started planning events for birthdays and special trips. Other events included: community celebrations, anniversaries and office events. I would eventually plan family trips and overnight trips with youth groups in my community (4-H in particular) traveling to all 46 counties in the state of South Carolina.
I did not realize I was taping into my niche, event and travel planning. Before I knew it, I was planning my parents' 50th Anniversary wedding and eventually my own wedding.
When my husband learned of my many talents, he was ready to jump on board (sink or swim ). With Richard's customer service background, customer service is priority one!
He is now our Customer Relations manager.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have hot deals all the time. The pricing varies according to your destination. It also varies by the number of people in your party and how long you plan to travel. I can book 3 day weekend vacations to 15 people resort villas, from cabins to cruises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get all the information I need to obtain you a good quote. I get your contact info, dates of your travel, where you want to travel, how you want to travel and who is travelling with us. Then I would find out they places you have already been and the places you liked the best. The last thing I would ask is your budget. All this information gives me a good idea of where to pull from my resources.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates in the following: US Virgin Islands Romance Specialist, US Virgin Islands Multi-Gen Travel Specialist and Certified in Destination Weddings & Honeymoons. CLIA Cruise Champion, Marriott & Hilton Sales Specialist.
