I get my hair done every 5 weeks for full foil and touch ups. Madena knows what looks good on individual clients. She gives good advice on colors and what fits right. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage my client to bring photos to the appointment with ideas they are interested in for cuts and colors. Also a lengthy consultation to make sure we are on the same page with the direction we are going and also educating them about the importance of professional hair care.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Carolina College of Hair, trainer with Vidal Sassoon, Wayne Grund, Roy Peters, Aveda Institute and Rusk. I am a certified Hot Heads extension specialist. I have continued my education taking classes and attending conferences
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out in the Modeling industry and started doing makeup and hair for photographers.
