Homeland Secure IT
Very unhappy with my experience. Starting back a square one after over spending!Jul 15, 2015John H.'s reply
Not sure why my reply never showed up, but we're very sorry you might have been unhappy with any service or product offered by Homeland Secure IT. I can find no record of an "alvin" in our system at all though. Maybe you went by another name? Call me and I will be happy to work with you personally to resolve anything! John
I would recommend John and his staff at Homeland Secure IT to any person or business for their computer and networking needs. They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional.Apr 12, 2012

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Nothing complicated in pricing. We offer in-house labor (bring it to us and we will fix it) for 75/hr. That is the most economical way to get repairs on a computer, or even a server that you are able to move yourself. For in-field, on site service, our standard rate is 125/hr, but if we work after hours, it will be more. For large jobs, we will adjust our rates downward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We partner with every major company in our field, from Microsoft to Symantec, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Trend Micro, etc, etc. They provide us with training resources which we utilize to the fullest!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Typical computer repair & server maintenance. Updates, viruses removed. Firewall updates, anti-spam solutions and licensing updates (sales of software)
