Great company and excellent plumbers that you can depend on. I had a clogged toilet that flooded my downstairs on a Saturday morning. They were ably to send someone out within the hour. The plumber was very friendly and professional and kept me informed of what was going on during the appointment. The best part was my repair was covered by a warranty! You cant go wrong with Mr. Rooter!

I have a mystery plumbing issue that my apartment maintenance has been unable to solve (although they have definitely given their best effort). The pressure in my unit (and only mine in the whole building) rises and falls on all faucets, without any rhyme or reason. The maintenance supervisor called in Mr. Rooter for help this afternoon. This evening Mr. Rooter (Alex) came by to talk to me one on one to best assess the situation. I appreciate that he took the time to listen about the history of the problem with me. He was very thorough in checking all the faucets and valves, testing them out along the way. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work! It seems Im going to need a pretty large repair but Mr. Rooter walked me through exactly what will happen, and what to expect. He was also a pleasure to speak with! Thank you so much for coming out this evening, I really appreciate the time, effort, and care!
