My entire experience with Chisholm exceeded above and beyond my expectations. I needed a new AC system and tankless water heater installed in my new home. I called and Karen was extremely helpful. She asked all necessary questions in order to ensure a smooth dispatch. The owner, John Chisholm, came out himself with his plumbing manager the same day I called to look everything over and assess what I needed. They gave me a range of items to choose from - lower end, middle of the road, and high end efficiency equipment. They gave their suggestions, made a few adjustments to meet my needs, and we worked together to get what was best for me. They did not try and upsell or haggle me into more than what I needed. They were even able to reuse the ac pad and thermostat I had in the house. The next day, I had a full Hvac and plumbing crew out diligently working. Everyone was extremely respectful. The Hvac install lead, Kelvin, greeted me and informed me of their timeline for the day. He kept me updated during the entire process. Everyone wore shoe covers throughout my house. When they were finished, they showed me how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The next day, I received a call from the owner asking if I had any questions and was checking up on me. I signed up for their premium maintenance plan which was more than reasonable so I never have to worry about my hvac, plumbing, or electrical.
