1st experience can set the standards for future visits and Clark hit it out of the park. From the first hand shake to the last not once did I feel uniformed on what he was doing. Never felt pressured into purchasing any type of plan or felt like I was being bamboozled. Clark was very transparent with what was causing the issue with my unit and just simply because of his professionalism I got the yearly membership today. Just knowing that not only will my unit be in good hands as far as preventive maintenance the reassurance that I don't have to worry about something going wrong and if so they will be out ASAP to fix the issue.
