It was a pleasure working with Kyle for my cabinet refinishing in my kitchen and bathrooms. Very patient with me and my indecisiveness. Lol. I also got all cabinets and drawers in my kitchen changed to soft close. Huge difference! Kyle and his dad did a wonderful job! Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend. WOW! I cannot speak highly enough about Kyle! He was so kind, on time if not early, did quality work, and went above and beyond. When he noticed that the bottom of my cabinet beneath my sink was ruined from the plumbing, he took it upon himself to cut me a new piece and is going to install for me. I hired them because I had a different painter do my job who I thought truly ruined my brand new doors. They really saved the day! So so thankful!

Kyle and his father did a fantastic job for us. We were really impressed with how he got out in front of any concerns that we might have had about being comfortable with the process and mutual trust required for these types of transactions. We have a large kitchen with custom cabinets and they did it all in just a few days. High quality materials and great attention to detail in masking and setup. Communication was top notch and the work was done at a reasonable price, especially compared to some other estimates we got.

I would HIGHLY recommend Upstate Custom Finishing! While remodeling our house, we've learned the hard way that getting a contractor to even come out and give you an estimate is like pulling teeth. However, Scott with UCF demonstrated to us that there are still people who still want to work. From the first time I talked with him, I had a good feeling. Scott scheduled an appointment with me; he showed up AND he was there at the time he said he would be there. I showed him a picture of the desk I wanted built and that's what I got. If I called or texted Scott with a question, he always answered promptly. If he needed to come by to check a measurement, he showed up when he said he would (once he was late but he called me to let me know). He got the desk and shelves installed in three hours and he paid GREAT attention to detail. I absolutely would not hesitate to hire him again!
