- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most service fees are $75 ($150 for all electrical) and that fee will be waived if you choose to go with us for repairs. Other prices you can inquire about by calling us as we have a general pricing list however we cannot provide estimates over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will inquire about the service(s) needed and explain the process we will be going through. We then get the customers contact information and work on getting the customer scheduled as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have training on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Appliance repairs and have required Certifications/Licenses.
