Its not just the rich and famous who can afford a person chef. Now you can! I will prepare American or international cuisines for you based on your preference and occasion whether it be an anniversary, birthday, backyard dinner with friends etc. You tell me the occasion and I come up with a menu and prepare it at your place or bring it to your location. I promise it will not cost you an "ARM AND A LEG" but just you and your guess wanting more!!! I know that there are lots of busy people who are into healthy eating. .but have very little time to plan menu's ..I will help plan and even cook weekly meals. .. Been another passion of mine to bake local bread...will bake local bread and personally deliver it to your home I've worked in a bunch or restaurant in the Caribbean, South Carolina and New York.. But I've always wanted to work in a smaller setting. Be a lot my detailed in my cooking. Every person I cook for now has a menu that was made specifically for them!!! That's exciting, that's a challenge and that's the mark of a good chef!! Constantly creating food to entice the next person's taste buds.

Ricardo did an amazing job and he was such a pleasure to have in our home to help my wife & I celebrate our Anniversary. He was awesome to work with to coordinate this surprise for my wife! I would (and will) hire him again without hesitation. The food was exceptional with many of the offerings being his own creation~ the bread, the salad dressings, and even the ice cream! We could not have been any more pleased. Cheers to Ricardo for a wonderful night!

Chef Ricardo was amazing. He catered the meal to our individual preferences. Even my very picky sister-in-law was pleased. He was very detail-oriented, and dinner was an experience. The ingredients were fresh, and the steak so tender that we could cut it with a butter knife.

I really wanted to choose all 5. He checked all boxes with flying colors. First thing first, communication was awesome and easy. I had a 6 yr old bday prior to chef arriving and it ran over. Chef still was able to come in and work around the Chaos i had going on. The food was A1 A++. Chef explained the meal, the ingredients ans how he put it together. Everything was fresh picked or purchased and the food was magnificent. I've been married 6 years and Chef was able to bring that 1st year smile out of my wife with his presences and quality meal. This truly turned out better than i can imagine ans was well worth it. Excellent value and i will be using his services again in the near future and beyond. This was for my wife bday and it was simply and awesome experience. Chef even was kind enough to take pictures with us. Im truly proud of his work ~Mike D. ~

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on What I will be cooking...Someone may want everything gluten free, may be a very straight vegetarian...may into VERY healthy eating and only eat grass fed beef and organic products!!! Pricing will vary but I guaranty you it will be worth it!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meet in public place like "Starbucks" ..person's food preference and a rough menu draft. And price quote...then an email/ phone with the complete menu etc.. If necessary meet again for second time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked in five stare restaurants both domestic and international like Sandals Resort, Rendezvous Hotel, Le Sport Hotel in the Caribbean
