Our prices are dependent on the size of the home and time required to stage, re-design or to organize.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we work differently than any other real estate agent you've probably met. We work in steps because this is the way to provide the best service possible. The first thing we do is come and meet and see your home. That way we'll get to know each other and find out about your home. We will take detailed notes and with your permission, take digital photos of your home as well. We will also bring a professional scrapbook that I'll leave with you, so that you can learn more about our company and what we've done in real estate and the service provided. I will prepare a detailed report for you, which we will discuss when we meet again. Once hired, we will provide expert guidance throughout the whole design process and work closely with you to achieve the desired look for your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Service for the past 17 years. I have seen beautiful houses that we have cleaned, organized and staged for real estate agents. I am also a Certified Accredited Staging Professional.
