I used Camille's services to help me with setting up my newly leased 1 bedroom apartment downtown Greenville. This was the very first time ever I worked with an interior designer and what a wonderful experience it has been! Camille is a pleasure to work with. She takes a keen interest in your project and then completes it quickly and effectively. Camille definitely has an eye and a natural talent for decorating and picking up the right colors and pieces which she then brings together into one complete amazing design. She is a creative professional who is detailed, organized and easy to work with. As Camille stepped thru my home's entryway, she started sharing ideas that I had never even considered, but ideas that made perfect sense. I was wasting space! She was gracefully honest with me, so I let some pieces go and moved other pieces to other parts of the home. Now, I have a room that simply amazes me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are dependent on the size of the home and time required to stage, re-design or to organize.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we work differently than any other real estate agent you've probably met. We work in steps because this is the way to provide the best service possible.
The first thing we do is come and meet and see your home. That way we'll get to know each other and find out about your home. We will take detailed notes and with your permission, take digital photos of your home as well. We will also bring a professional scrapbook that I'll leave with you, so that you can learn more about our company and what we've done in real estate and the service provided.
I will prepare a detailed report for you, which we will discuss when we meet again.
Once hired, we will provide expert guidance throughout the whole design process and work closely with you to achieve the desired look for your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Service for the past 17 years. I have seen beautiful houses that we have cleaned, organized and staged for real estate agents. I am also a Certified Accredited Staging Professional.
