FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square footage, travel distance, and the type of usage. Vacation rentals, Architecture and Design Photos, and Photos for a Builder are generally more than basic listing photos because we take more time to capture specific details as well as license the photos for an extended amount of time versus for just the listing period. When it comes to commercial video project we price them individually based on needs but generally work in the $5-10k and $10-20k price ranges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I speak with the customer about a day and time that works best, we figure out which package works best for the client and they prebook on my site or by sending a payment through venmo/zelle/cash app and put the shoot on the schedule. We turn photos around in 24 hours generally unless it's busy season, then it can take a little bit longer, but that's rare. Videos are also usually the next day or done in 2-3 days after the shoot if it's busy season. For commercial work, we will sit down for a call or in person to discuss the goals of the project as well as what it will take to complete it and come up with a budget and a plan as well as the desired timeline for the project and figure out if it is doable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have photographed real estate since 2014 for homeowners, agents, investors, builders, and commercial clients including home services businesses. For commercial video project we have created several client campaigns over the year that have resulted in more brand recognition and more leads and revenue as a result.
