Appointment was for tomorrow, but the guys came today! Uncovered the septic tank and determined it didnt require pumping, but did discover a potential problem. The guys were very knowledgeable and courteous and explained how the system works. Thanks!
Septic Pro LLC's reply
Terry, Septic Pro appreciates the 5 stars and the kind words. We train very hard to put the customers needs over our needs. In your case that meant not pumping a tank. Thank you again and look forward to serving you later.

I am from another state and moved here a while back finding good, honest companies are almost impossible these days. I called Septic Pro spoke with Chris and right away became comfortable. He arrived at my home on time and after I answered a couple of his questions he said with no hesitation your system does not need to be pumped out and save your money. Living in New England with having septicsystems all of my life I would pump once a year. He stated again save your money you do not need a pumpout. I said how much I appreciated his caring but since you drove all this way it is only fair that you pump it. He said in hesitation ok. If you are looking for an honest company that respects your hard earn money call the owner Chris at Septic Pro. Thanks again Chris for the education.Phil
