Indigenius worked with my wife and I to give us exactly what we wanted for our wedding- a southern feast with lots of options. Arlette was a pleasure to work with and her food tasted better than the top end catering companies we have experienced at other weddings. Highly recommended for any catering needs!

Arlette was amazing. When we had an unexpected change of plans she was very accommodating and turned what could have been a stressful situation for us into a great party! The food and cheese was so delicious, and they even spoiled our dogs! If we ever need an event catered again we will call Arlette! Thanks again for a wonderful time!

Arlette arrived early to the location for our rehearsal dinner which was fantastic. The low country boil was delicious and received rave reviews from the local and out-of-town guest. The only thing that could have been better was that the event was at a clubhouse that didn't have kitchen facilities, so we had to take the pans to the brides townhouse to keep warm until closer to guest arrival.

Arlette showed up promptly and was ready to serve. She was efficient in preparing the meal and serving. Everything was wonderful. Patrick was also great and was very helpful. I would not hesitate to use her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our menus are custom built and will vary depending on the number of guests, ingredients used and level of service required. That being said, we are very flexible and can usually find a way to accommodate our guests within their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients may choose a menu from our website or work with me directly to customize a menu to fit their needs. We find out about personal preferences and dietary restrictions. Then I am able to build a menu and quote from the provided information. If the client prefers I can put the menu together based on my expertise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from the Culinary Institute of Charleston. Patrick also hold a food safety management certification. We also work with the good catch program to ensure that all of your seafood is caught sustainably.
