- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $50.00 travel fee to come to the jobsite and $15 minimum for an evaluation if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact by phone to discuss the details of the project before I arrive to save the customer as much money as possible. I do not do free on site quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is all hands on. I grew up in my dads workshop and my first jobs as a teenager were on large construction projects. When I began my business maintaining restaurants I went before the state contractors licensing board. In 2019 after review of all the work I had completed the previous two years the board unanimously determined a license is not required for the type and scale of work I want to do. I cannot make structural changes to your house.
