What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizing services are charged at a rate of $40/hr. Cleaning service pricing varies depending on size or the home and is charged by the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client in need of our services would contact us. We respond as soon as possible. Customer would need to provide information about their home. Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, type and frequency of cleaning. Our communications manager will record all information and discuss a date and time that works best. In order to secure the customers appointment, a deposit will be required. Once the deposit is paid and the date is set we look forward to meeting the customer on the designated appointment date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in Business Administration. Many years of cleaning experience.
