- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO HIDDEN FEES ! We may not be the cheapest , but we are the Best !! We have years of experience,We are actually Insured for Pressure Washing, We use only top of the line high volume pumps that effectively apply our detergents and then completely rinse them away resulting in superior end results. Sometimes saving a few $'s cost you more after fixing the cheap guys work...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make working with us as easy and effortless as possible. We just need a little information to get you on the schedule. We keep open and effective communication so we are all on the same page and no one gets any surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly staying involved in industry training and innovations. We have many years of experience in exterior cleaning. I first started using water blasters and pressure washers for cleaning and demolition underwater as a Commercial Diver here in Charleston. We have since cleaned countless homes over the years.
