- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel I play really fair when it comes to pricing and will negotiate just. Contact me and we can work it out, I feel my communication skills are great when it comes to understanding a problem I'm fixing it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get to know my customers a little bit. Because this is a job but it's is also opportunity to network. In the future I'm looking for repeat customers, I'm looking to build a relationship and help you with anything that I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I couldn't say no book training but I've been dealing with some sort of cleaning my whole life. My family owns a local cleaning company and due to the fact that I'm clean by nature anyway, it just fit....
