DJ and Hailey were very sweet and professional. He thoroughly explained to me the procedure and what he was going to do to fix my problem. He was very friendly and courteous during the entire process. I had an animal removed from my attic and the entry points were sealed. I highly recommend this company for your needs. The price was reasonable and he guarantees his work! I'm very satisfied with his service, and if I need him in the future I will be a returning customer.

We had a tech come out from Carolina concealed and they were quick and knowledgeable about the bird removal. Wet had a dead bird in one bathroom vent and birds we heard in another vent upstairs. They put vent covers on all the vents. The birds in one vent were hiding the first time and weren't removed but the tech came back out within less than a day and got them all out at no additional charge. Good value and friendly service!

I was very pleased with the service provided by DJ and Bubba. They responded promptly and demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process. The team assessed if squirrel were inside and they were not so they quickly repaired the opening in my porch roof that squirrels had being going in and out of. The quality of their work was excellent, and I appreciated their honesty in addressing only what was necessary—without trying to upsell additional services. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I had a squirrel nest under the solar panels on my roof and these guys removed it, cleaned the area and installed a critter guard around the base of the panels to keep the critters out for good. DJ and crew were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Job well done. Highly recommend.
