Willie catered our wedding this past weekend and we received rave reviews! Everyone loved the food and spoke about how personable and nice Willie was. We had pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and lemon pepper wings. Our sides were Mac and cheese, collard greens, corn on the cob, potato salad, and rolls. Everything was amazing! Willie provided services well worth the money!!

The food was delicious. I booked Willie J., because he responded so quickly and professionally. I needed a caterer for my dad’s repast. I was in class will while making for my. I live out of the state. I was only able to text and at crazy hours. I was indecisive but Willie J was patient, professional and responded quickly. I heard several compliments about the food. Everyone enjoyed every bite. Did I say he was on time, because he was. He helped make a difficult transition smooth.

I used Catering My Way With Willie J for a large staff event and I couldn't have been happier! His communication was excellent and left me completely reassured that I would have what I needed, when I needed for a flawless event. He delivered exactly what we agreed to and notified me of the minor adjustments to serving dishes that needed to be made due to availability. He was flexible and incredibly easy to work with. Not to mention, everyone enjoy his food. I will definitely work with him again!

Willie J responded immediately to our search for a caterer. His menu suggestions were spot on and the price was appropriate to our needs. The food was delicious, arrived on time and he handled all set-up, putting out more food as needed and clean-up. We were relieved of any responsibility and could attend to our guests. We were very happy with his service!

Oh my gosh! I don't think there are enough characters in this review space to say ALL of the AMAZING things about "Catering My Way with Willie J." I contacted Willie about a last minute work catering event. He responded right away to my initial inquiry along with every message thereafter. I was specifically looking for traditional Southern fare for New Year's i.e. black-eyed peas, collard greens, cornbread and ham. He suggested adding chicken too. Willie arrived when he advised he was going to and the food was absolutely SPECTACULAR! There aren't enough exclamation points to emphasize how good the food was. It was truly the best I have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted insanely good. I work with 40 other people and they ALL said the same thing. In fact, they are looking forward to the next event because of the food. Thank you, Willie J. We will definitely be contacting you again and again!
