Omg Willie is the REAL MVP!!!! He is so AWESOME!!!! He catered for my wedding of 130 guests and his food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! People went for seconds and their plates were CLEAN!!! We had buffet style. Lamb chops, baked chicken, salmon, yellow rice, green beans, mac&cheese, cabbage, dinner rolls and corn bread! Tasted just like Thanksgiving dinner. No crumbs left!!! I highly recommend. He delivered and did NOT disappoint. He was so easy to work with. Very professional and personable. Quick to respond and just an all around great person. He's invited to ALL the cookouts for the rest of my life!!!! I don't have any pictures of the food. I ate mine too fast and was having too good of a time. But it looked and tasted AMAZING! Go ahead and book him for ALL of your events!!!

All of the food was amazing everyone enjoyed it. I highly recommend Willie J to do any catering that you need because he was always responsive. He always answered my calls. It's so unfair that the app won't allow me to select all five of the qualities because this pro delivered on so much more than the three I chose! He came a long way and the food was fresh, hot, and everything I imagined it would be. He was very professional and his staff was friendly. I don't have one bad thing to say aside from the fact that I wish he lived closer so that we could hire him for our family functions! That baked chicken was it! That cabbage was it! All of it was IT! I know that red velvet cake hated to see me coming! We are over the moon happy about our experience and are so grateful that we chose catering my way with Chef Willie J! We'll choose him a thousand times again!
