I used Catering My Way With Willie J for a large staff event and I couldn't have been happier! His communication was excellent and left me completely reassured that I would have what I needed, when I needed for a flawless event. He delivered exactly what we agreed to and notified me of the minor adjustments to serving dishes that needed to be made due to availability. He was flexible and incredibly easy to work with. Not to mention, everyone enjoy his food. I will definitely work with him again!

Oh my gosh! I don't think there are enough characters in this review space to say ALL of the AMAZING things about "Catering My Way with Willie J." I contacted Willie about a last minute work catering event. He responded right away to my initial inquiry along with every message thereafter. I was specifically looking for traditional Southern fare for New Year's i.e. black-eyed peas, collard greens, cornbread and ham. He suggested adding chicken too. Willie arrived when he advised he was going to and the food was absolutely SPECTACULAR! There aren't enough exclamation points to emphasize how good the food was. It was truly the best I have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted insanely good. I work with 40 other people and they ALL said the same thing. In fact, they are looking forward to the next event because of the food. Thank you, Willie J. We will definitely be contacting you again and again!
