I advise health care providers and information technology vendors on HIPAA, the HITECH Act and other privacy laws and defend a wide variety of health care providers in government investigations. I also represent financial institutions and individuals in their capacities as trustees, personal representatives, special administrators, conservators and attorneys-in-fact in fiduciary and probate litigation.
