Chef Patrick’s food is excellent. It is super tasty, presented beautifully And made with tremendous care and love. He is easy to be around, very accommodating and completely reliable. He is knowledgeable regarding allergies and how to work around them while still making the food yummy. We have used chef when we are on vacation for years and look forward to the time we get to spend with him.
