Robert did an excellent job. This was a last minute job due to home Depot incompetence

The technician arrived on time and wasted no time in getting to the problem. Check the system very good. Did some outside work on the unit. He told me that for safety reasons we should replace the outcome electrical box. He performed his work in a professional manner.

Xavier is an excellent communicator and easily instills confidence in the client. I expected a short meeting focused on installation of a new toilet; that probably took 10 minutes. My plan was to get the toilet and have Dyess install it now I am going to have them order, deliver and install the toilet. All based on conversation with an experienced, knowledgeable and trusted installer Xavier.
