Arrived on time to build a partition wall, did a great job, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I will hire again for future jobs.

Michael did a great job replacing the front steps and decking boards on my house. The pricing was very competitive and he spent additional time and effort to ensure the delivery of a quality product. His attention to detail on this project was great!

Mike and his coworker showed up on time and did a great job repairing some work that an inspector found to be bad. They had to remove all the siding on the back of the house to be able to get to the repair. They showed me the damage and then finished the repair in one day. Since the repair was under the siding out of view, it looked like they hadn't even been there. Great work!

Michael is by far the best contractor I’ve ever worked with . He’s done several projects for me ranging in size, and the quality of each has been absolutely perfect. It seems like there’s nothing he can’t do. He’s honest , punctual, has great communication , works super hard , and sticks with the job until it’s done . He also never cuts corners . He cleaned up his site at the end of each day’s work and showed up the next day exactly when he said he would . I could not recommend him more highly

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get to know exactly what the customer is looking for. My goal is to make their vision come to life. I understand that everybody has different tastes. This being said it’s the customer that has to live with what they choose. I strive to make sure they are happy with the end product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years I have gone to trade shows like Journal of light construction. I have taken classes on learning new up-to-date processes of waterproofing installation and remodeling houses. Most of my training came from experience through fixing mistakes that previous builders did. I always strive to use the highest quality material so that the finished product would last years to come. This includes simple things like a rot free door jamb that most people wouldn’t think about. Most contractors want to install a product for the cheapest amount possible so that their warranty runs out before it has to be fixed. The price increase isn’t that much to make a product last 5 times longer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working for the State Ports Authority. While I was working part time there I started working construction in 2004 remodeling houses. I work for lots of high-end construction companies and decided to start my own company in 2015.
