If you are looking for quality work at an exceptional price you need to look no further. We need a new AC unit installed. After being discouraged by all of the other prices I was blown away with how reasonable Eric's pricing was. Even better than the price was how his workmanship. He went above and beyond of what I expected and I will be using him for my AC needs going forward.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge any extra for what a part cost as most companies do. I only charge for the installation of the part. This keeps any complications to a minimum. If I do have a complcated pricing job, I have other professionals I can call to get help or advice if need be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At least once a month I get online with different websites that offer free training on new equipment or problems arrising from excisting equipment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the family owned business to earn extra money while in school and decided this was my career.
