Eric was very flexible on when he could complete the work and quoted a very fair price. He was very easy to work with and provided excellent communication, as well. My wife and I were very satisfied with his work on our small project - cleaning the coils and fins on our A/C unit. Eric was great! He got here on time-was polite and explained everything. Turns out my job wasn't as bad as expected--he fixed it quickly and by the time he left, the temperature upstairs was back to normal! So happy I found Eric to help us out!!

He was extremely timely, as I had a great problem w my ac not working at all, the temp inside the house was at 89 degrees! He showed up in 3 hours, exactly as he said, quickly deduced the problem, and solved it accurately, with a small fee. I couldn't be happier with the results!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge any extra for what a part cost as most companies do. I only charge for the installation of the part. This keeps any complications to a minimum. If I do have a complcated pricing job, I have other professionals I can call to get help or advice if need be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At least once a month I get online with different websites that offer free training on new equipment or problems arrising from excisting equipment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the family owned business to earn extra money while in school and decided this was my career.
