- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should be careful of companies with store fronts who tell you to 'Bring it in and we'll look at it' before giving you any kind of price. I give you an up front price and stick to the price I give you and sometimes go down if it was something that didn't take as long or wasn't as hard to do. My quoted price would never go up because if there are parts to buy, I will ask you to go get the part(s) needed to do a repair, that way my price stays the same.
