Natasha is an amazing artist and can turn a bare area into something beautiful. I requested a balloon arch for my retirement party and the only requirement was to make it purple and she created an amazing arch. Everyone enjoyed taking pictures in front of it.

Not only did My Amazing Events capture my vision, but they executed it! The owner, Natasha, started meeting with me in December for a March wedding. We met several times to discuss how I envisioned the outcome of the event space, as I am very particular. Natasha was patient throughout the entire process. She was also very thorough with tackling each project, that vividly mimicked the mock-ups that I created. Natasha also dedicated her time to creating a gorgeous surprise “sweetheart table” for my husband and I. From the floral arrangements, to the grass wall, to the steamed table cloths, Natasha made it all look easy and I was more than satisfied with her work. I will definitely book with this company in the future, because they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Natasha for easily making this one of the best days of my life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices include setup and delivery, but not taxes. Also add-ons (florals, foil balloons, specialty balloons, props) incur an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, I ask potential customers to fill out a balloon questionnaire and then schedule a meeting (phone or video call) to discuss their vision and what I can provide for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified event planner through Midlands Technical College and I attended the Institute of Wedding and Event Design (IWED) for both event decor and design and balloon design.
