- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices include setup and delivery, but not taxes. Also add-ons (florals, foil balloons, specialty balloons, props) incur an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, I ask potential customers to fill out a balloon questionnaire and then schedule a meeting (phone or video call) to discuss their vision and what I can provide for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified event planner through Midlands Technical College and I attended the Institute of Wedding and Event Design (IWED) for both event decor and design and balloon design.
