Henry’s customer service and workmanship are just like his photo in a head scarf - very unprofessional. He would often not show up for a previously scheduled appt and sometimes I wouldn’t hear back from him for days. I would have to call/text several times to get a reply. He incorrectly installed a garbage disposal and water started building up in the bottom of my dishwasher. He came back and couldn’t figure out what he did wrong. I had someone else come and fix it and luckily that person didn’t charge me. But Henry tried to charge me again for trying to fix a problem that he caused by not installing disposal correctly!
I tried to give the man another chance by having him install a storm door but I should have known better. He installed it upside down, when it clearly has a retractable screen at the top. He came back to turn it right side up, but this time it was backward, opening from the left side instead of the right like my inside door. So I now have extra holes at the top and bottom of my backward storm door. He said that it would be no problem to buy me a new door. He texted me on Aug 23, 2022 that he would be back to replace my door the following week.
I haven’t heard back from him since. Instead of dealing with someone who clearly needs more experience, professionalism and better customer service skills, you would be better off paying a reputable and insured company or individual to help with repairs on your property.
