First I saw a random ad in my facebook page. I ignored it for couple of days until me and my wife agreed that we will contact Floor it and More… i send a message and the response was quick. We agreed to meet at the house in my convenient time coz im working…. The name of the owner is Flavio, he did measurement and gave me a qoute on that same meeting… waited for the wife and we discussed on that same night…. It was a lil bit over our budget… so i did not reply right away… after few days my wife asked me if i found a new floor guy, i said no coz i like my first impression with Flavio, his punctuality and you can see he is honest and sincere… so i called Flavio back left him a voicemail and told him that i will just pass up because it was a lil over our budget…. And thats the wow begins! Flavio called me back the day and offered to adjust his quote to accommodate my budget without sacrificing quality. His wife Wendi helped explaining tome that Flavio is more than happy to help to capture the dream… We agreed a date when they start and boom even on weekend and holiday they show up… and fast forward we ended up remodeling our bathroom too because Flavio want us to have a dream bathroom! As usual it was within our budget and they fix even smallest details even the out of scope job…. Ok this is too much of a review but i cant help, me and my were very glad we called back FLOOR IT AND MORE!!!! Thank you Flavio and Wendi!!!!

We're very happy with the job! His team installed new porcelain tiles on the floor and built a tiled shower. They made sure all the leveling and the cuts and corners were all perfect, we're very happy with the results!
