Working with Sergey was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I had a broken exterior water line/spigot that became an urgent issue, and he responded quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, and completed the repair professionally and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the price was very fair and reasonable. It is hard to find someone who is both highly skilled and honest, but he absolutely was. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Sergey replied almost immediately when I reached out regarding replacing an electric water heater. His replies were prompt, professional, & knowledgeable. He evaluated if it would be possible to repair my water heater instead of immediately replacing the water heater, which I appreciated. Replacement went smoothly & was timely. He also handled disposal of the old water heater. His price was lower than other quotes I received. I would recommend Sergey to others, & I would contact Sergey in the future for repairs.
