I had a leaky hose bib that needed prompt attention. Sergey responded to my query within minutes and arrived within an hour. He carefully assessed the situation, clearly explained his process and recommendations (with photos!), and previewed the cost before starting work. Within an hour, I had a new (and much better, and better-installed) hose bib, and all was well. I’m so pleased by his prompt, efficient, expert service, and, all things considered, thought the cost was very fair. And Sergey is also just a great guy! Friendly, polite, and cheerful. I was very pleased with Sergey's work. He was very professional, punctual, and efficient. I had a leaky toilet. Initially, I thought it was the flapper. However Sergey was able to detect a less serious issue. I was happy that his instincts and plumbing knowledge were correct. I would definitely hire Sergey again for a plumbing problem if he is available.

Sergey was GREAT !!! He responded to my request in just a few minutes. Was on site within an hour to evaluate the job. I had a leaking pipe and he was able to take care of it promptly and at a FAIR PRICE. He explained clearly what needed to be done and had all the tools and supplies to take care of it with him. He worked quickly and the quality of work was FAR SUPERIOR to the existing plumbing that was there. Give Sergey a call you WILL NOT be disappointed !!
