I had a leaky hose bib that needed prompt attention. Sergey responded to my query within minutes and arrived within an hour. He carefully assessed the situation, clearly explained his process and recommendations (with photos!), and previewed the cost before starting work. Within an hour, I had a new (and much better, and better-installed) hose bib, and all was well.
