I had a leaky hose bib that needed prompt attention. Sergey responded to my query within minutes and arrived within an hour. He carefully assessed the situation, clearly explained his process and recommendations (with photos!), and previewed the cost before starting work. Within an hour, I had a new (and much better, and better-installed) hose bib, and all was well. I’m so pleased by his prompt, efficient, expert service, and, all things considered, thought the cost was very fair. And Sergey is also just a great guy! Friendly, polite, and cheerful. I’ll absolutely turn to him for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
