- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers are the sole reason I get to do what I like to do everyday, so I feel that I should do everything I can to give them the absolute best price and service there is. It's not about how much I can make off my customers or to grow some big non personal company. It's about being fair to people and trying my best to serve them well so that they feel that there are still people out there that genuinely care about the people they serve. My customers are good people who deserve good prices and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customer needs, then offer options based on their budget, any issues with the existing system and any issues such as humidity, dust etc. that we may be able to resolve when installing or servicing the equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years of experience. Licensed South Carolina Mechanical Contractor, MASC Certified Master Heating and Air, U. S. Army veteran, NATE Certified, HVAC Excellence certified, EPA certified, Energy Star Partner, RESNET Home Energy Rater certified.
